My stay at the Norfolk Royale Hotel had its ups and downs. On one hand, I was impressed with the friendly staff and the spacious, well-decorated room I stayed in. However, I faced quite a few drawbacks, including noise from outside and several maintenance issues that detracted from my overall experience.
